Our Commitment to Copyright

Mirai ("Company," "we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws. We will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice using the form below or by emailing legal@miraicopilot.com.

Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the authorized copyright owner).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform (URL).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@miraicopilot.com that includes: your signature, identification of the removed content and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
